Hon Ernest Kwarteng explained that his fast-paced actions are totally in line with the speed at which the President Nana Akufo-Addo is moving to transform Ghana.

He said, according to the president, the times in which we live demands that we all be in a hurry to deal with the problems we face, stressing that he has heeded to the president’s call.

Hon Kwarteng added that, the assembly has undertaken many development projects barely nine months and that many will soon be completed and commissioned and called for support from all the political divide in the district.

The Brong Ahafo Regional Minister Kwaku Asomah Cheremeh who addressed a separate durbar to commission the projects commended the effort of the DCE and called on other DCEs in the region to emulate his example.

He stated that Akufo-Addo's administration is committed to ensure that there is value for money and therefore warned all the DCEs to ensure that projects under their tenure are of high quality.

He said government is keen on completing every ongoing project in the region to bring relief to the beneficiary communities.

He charged the chiefs and the people of Tano North to take their destiny in their hands by participating massively in the impending referendum as the government prepares to give them a separate region.

Hon Asoma-Cheremeh called on the people to take advantage of the government flagship programs such as "Planting for Food and Jobs", One District One Factory to better their lives.
