The Management of Bulk Oil Storage and Transportation Company(BOST) has issued a stern warning to pro- opposition Newspapers to desist from attempts to tarnish the company's image or face their wrath.
BOST expressed its displeasure about the practice where pro opposition Newspapers publishes what it described as untruthful and defamatory stories about BOST without cross checking the real facts with the company.
A statement issued by the Corporate Communications outfit of BOST, mentioned that The Herald, The Informer,The Daily Post in their 20th December, 2017 editions and The Ghana Palaver as well as The Republic Newspapers in their 19th December, 2017 editions published some of these untruths."
According to the statement, the company's doors are always opened to the media and wondered why the aforementioned Newspapers would not make attempt to cross check facts before publishing any news items about BOST.
"Notice is hereby given that, henceforth BOST will not hesitate to take the necessary steps to protect its Corporate image," the statement said.
