The Brong Ahafo Regional Youth Organizer of the ruling New Patriotic Party Kwame Baffoe has vented his spleen on the members of the opposition National Democratic Congress(NDC) over what he described as unwarranted criticism of government's initiatives and determination to investigate massive corruption which occurred during their tenure.

Abronye DC as he is affectionately accused members of NDC of being criminals saying "this is why they engaged in massive corruption while in office.

He argued that NDC's love for criminal activities was clearly demonstrated in the payment of GHS 51million judgment to the party's financier Mr Alfred Agbesi Woyome as well as creation of several modules under the GYEEDA and using them to loot state funds.

He mentioned the NDC allocated GHS65m for Youth in Zongo Development, GHS 24m for Youth in vacation jobs, GHS 35m for youth in afforestation, GHS 34m for youth in Taxi Driving as well as GHS34m for dress making, but said these funds ended in individuals pockets.

"As a result of their corrupt practices they even ended up over paying GHS 5.4million to Roland Agambire of RLg Company," he said.

Speaking on Oman FM’s political analysis programme "Boiling Point" Kwame Baffoe said he would not be surprised that NDC members would reject Jesus Christ and pick Atta Ayi( a hardened criminal) if the two are lined up and they are made to pick one of them.

"They are criminals that is why I'm saying this because they will consider Atta Ayi as one of them," he stated, adding that NDC members entertain criminality.

He condemned the Minority in Parliament for staging a walk out when the Majority moved a motion to have AMERI Power deal investigated.

"Someone has shortchanged Ghana to the tune of $150 in the AMERI deal and the government wants to investigate the deal but Minority disagreed and staged a walk out... are they not supporting criminality,” he quizzed.

He also took exception to criticism of deputy General Secretary of the NDC Koku Anyidoho who is alleged to have benefited GHS110, 000 from GHS51million judgment debt paid to Alfred Agbesi Woyome.

He wondered why Koku Anyidoho would doubt government ability in creating jobs when NDC allocated huge sums of money towards job creation, but ended up in individual’s pockets.
