A communication team member of the Progressive People's Party (PPP) Charles Owusu Cole has warned appointees of the Nana Akufo-Addo led New Patriotic Party government to desist from using their position to engage in corrupt activities.

According to him, he would not hesitate to expose any appointee who uses his or her position to engage in corruption.

He indicated that then candidate Nana Akufo-Addo prior to the 2016 elections promised Ghanaians of his determination to fight corruption if voted into power, stressing that “I’m are ready to support the President to realize that dream."

Speaking on Oman FM's political analysis programme "Boiling Point" Charles Owusu Cole revealed that some members of NPP in Nana Akufo Addo’s administration are strangely pleading with the government to spare officials of immediate past National Democratic Congress government who engaged in corruption.

The vociferous PPP's Communicator who was on the neck of the former President John Dramani Mahama accusing him of supervising over a corrupt government and introduced the "Change is Coming” mantra ahead of the 2016 General Elections is of the opinion that Ghanaians doesn’t expect repeat of the level of corruption they witnessed during NDC administration.

Charles Owusu indicated that his commitment to expose corrupt officials in the New Patriotic Party government is not negotiable.

“The same way I spoke against corruption in NDC under Mr John Mahama, I will do the same under Nana Akufo-Addo,” he stated.
