"I’ll empower my youth"- Hon. Titus Glover

The Deputy Minister of Transport and Member of Parliament for Tema East Constituency, Hon. Daniel Nii Kwartei Titus Glover has reiterated his commitment in empowering and building the capacity of his constituent especially the youth.
"I have seen many gifted young men and women in the constituency that I believe we can support them to enhance their gifts. I will do my best to empower as many as possible,” Hon. Titus -Glover.
He gave the assurance when he received a 20–year- old Enoch Larbi, a young artiste at his office in Accra today.
Enoch Larbi presented an art work of Hon. Daniel Nii Kwartei Titus Glover to congratulate him on his appointment as a deputy minister.
He also presented an art work to Hon. Titus-Glover to be given to His Excellency Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo, President of the Republic of Ghana and Member of Parliament for Assin Central Hon. Kennedy Ohene Agyapong.
Hon. Titus Glover commended him for his great artistic skills and encouraged him to work harder on his gift. He promised the young artiste of his support for him to grow his talent and business.
The honourable deputy minister advised Enoch Larbi to desist from things that will not contribute positively to his business.
Enoch Larbi was accompanied by his two friends, Desmond Amarh and Emmanuel Yorkpor.
They expressed their appreciation to him for his great reception and promised to continue supporting him in prayers.
