We Don't Want NDC Executives At Okyenehene Palace - Okyeman Youth Association Warned

The Okyeman Youth Association in the Eastern Region are threatening to deal with the Regional chairman of NDC, Mr Bismarck Tawiah Boateng and the Youth Organiser, Haruna Appau Wiredu, if they dare and set their foot at the Okyenehene, Osagyefuo Amoatia Ofori Panin palace today by accompanying President John Mahama.

President John Mahama will today as part of his regional tour pay a courtesy call on the Okyenehene at Kyebi and also address a mini rally in the town.

According to the Okyeman Youth, the duo have failed to render an unqualified apology to Okyehene after insulting him some few months ago.

They claimed the action of the two NDC executives amount to disrespecting the Over lord of the Okyeman Traditional council, who doubles as the President of the Eastern Regional house of chiefs.

Meanwhile the Office of the Okyenehene has wrote to the Eastern Regional Minister, Mrs Mavis Ama Frimpong not to allow the duo executives to accompanied the President to the palace to avoid any mayhem.
