Koku Anyidoho chickens out of a hot debate between him and NPP's Kwame Baffoe

Deputy General Secretary of the governing National Democratic Congress(NDC) Koku Anyidoho who has gained notoriety for unleashing verbal attacks on members of the opposition New Patriotic Party has chicken out of a hot debate, which was scheduled to take place on Sunyani based Ark FM between him and Kwame Baffoe aka Abronye DC.
Koku's decision to chicken out of the debate at the last minute left many residents of Sunyani on Thursday disappointed as they were eager to know, which of the two, is a contemporary and astute politician. Koku Anyidoho who is currently in the Brong Ahafo Region with the Chief of Staff Julius Debrah was said to have thrown a challenge to the Brong Ahafo Regional Youth Organiser of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Kwame Baffoe popularly known as “Abronye DC” on Ark FM on Wednesday during an interview on the station that he was ready to debate the latter and cut him to sizes.

Kwame Baffoe The station through the morning show producer one Bawah Mabi Nkum -Waja called Mr. Kwame Baffoe who was then in Accra and made an arrangements for the two to meet on the show on Thursday morning between 8am and 10am. The outspoken NPP’s Regional Youth Organiser accepted the challenge and therefore took a flight from Accra to Sunyani in order to face Koku Anyidoho. Kwame Baffoe who got to the station as early as possible in anticipation of Koku's arrival for the debate to kick started, got the shock of his life when he waited for several hours without Koku Anyidoho showing up for the show down. The host of the show and the producer who could not understand Koku's absence made several calls to his phone, but there no was response only to him hear him later speaking on another radio station in the same region. Bawah who confirmed the developments to Oman News said, the station quickly made arrangements for the deputy National Youth Organiser of the NDC Kobby Barlon who was also in the region to replace him. Kwame Baffoe who left the station with disappointment told Oman News that he was prepared to discipline Koku for his buffoonery behaviour towards members of the opposition New Patriotic Party. He described Koku Anyidoho as a mentally retarded person who doesn't even deserve his attention and that of Ghanaians. He however, said he obliged to debate Koku in order to prove a point to him and Ghanaians.
"Initially I had wanted to stay away from him because he doesn't deserve my attention, but I later obliged to debate him so as to discipline him and expose the level of his foolishness to Ghanaians," he pointed out.
