Hundreds of residents of Ashaiman in the Greater Accra region have poured on the streets to welcome flagbearer of the opposition New Patriotic Party Nana Akufo-Addo.
The unprecedented crowds in the body politics in the Ashaiman constituency has sent shivers to the spine of the ruling National Democratic Congress.
All roads leading to the town is choked with vehicular traffic.
