Don’t give Mahama a second term -Dr. Nduom tells Ghanaians

Founder and Presidential Candidate of the Progressive People’s Party (PPP), Dr. Paa Kwesi Nduom has asked Ghanaians not to give President John Dramani Mahama a second term.

Dr. Nduom addressing hundreds of supporters of his party at a rally in Nima, which was christened “Don’t waste your vote”, noted that the presidential candidate of the governing National Democratic Congress (NDC) made a plethora of promises prior to the 2012 elections, but said, most of the promises have not been fulfilled.

According to him, President Mahama doesn’t deserve another term since he has reneged on his promises.

“There is someone going around Ghana and he is asking Ghanaians that they should give him four more years, my friends, when you vote for someone, you vote for the President to bring you something good. He told us that when he comes dumsor will be a thing of the past. Where is Dumsor, Dumsor? It is here with us. The same man he told us, if you vote for me, I will build 200 schools. “He said if you vote for me I will build 200 hundred schools. Where are the 200 hundred schools? And the same man he told all Ghanaians; if you vote for me I will bring millions of jobs.

Where are the millions of jobs?

“When somebody promises and [they] don’t deliver do they deserve four more years? Do they deserve four more years? No four more years. No four more years,” Dr. Nduom added.

Dr. Nduom urged the electorates not to waste their votes by voting for President Mahama and the NDC during the December 7 polls.

He said it will be suicidal if Ghanaians fail to realize the incompetence leadership being exhibited by President Mahama for almost four years in office and retain him.

Dr. Nduom, who is affectionately called, “Adwumawura” argued that PPP government under him will create jobs for the masses so that their poor living conditions could be improved.

He thus urged the electorates to vote massively for him in the upcoming presidential and parliamentary elections so that PPP would form the next government and implement policies which will bring economic independence to them.
