A former National Youth Organizer of the People’s National Convention (PNC) Abu Ramadan has stated categorically that President Mahama will lose the November 7 polls if his wife Mrs. Lordina Mahama, is even made the Chairperson of the Electoral Commission (EC).
“I wish the current EC Chairperson Mrs. Charlotte Osei will resign from her post so that Mrs. Lordina Mahama takes over as EC chairperson. I can confidently say that President John Dramani Mahama will still lose the elections,” he predicted.
Speaking on Oman FM’s political analysis programme “Boiling Point” Abu Ramadan accused President John Dramani Mahama of being a wicked and insensitive leader.
Abu Ramadan is flabbergasted that President Mahama could afford V8 to carry his security dogs everywhere he goes but could not provide a vehicle in good condition to carry the presidential press corps who follows him to cover programmes.
He noted that although the mismanagement of the country’s economy by President Mahama administration has brought untold hardships on Ghanaians yet President Mahama doesn’t seem to show any concern.
Touching on the astronomical hikes in electricity tariffs which has generated huge public outcry, Abu Ramadan argued it will take a “heartless” President like John Dramani Mahama to slap already suffering Ghanaians with killer electricity bills.
Abu noted that electricity bills Ghanaians are being made to pay is unacceptably higher than the amount they pay for on renting a room as compared to what their counterpart’s pay elsewhere.
“Even in Los Angeles where the rich live ….even there they don’t pay high electricity bills more than their rent ….where does this happen in the world? Abu Ramadan quizzed.
He was confident that Ghanaians will come out of 2016 general elections victoriously because they will have a newly elected President of the Republic of Ghana.
“Insha Allah”, Abu said adding that “I know that once the Almighty Allah is backing Ghanaians come January 7, 2017, there will be a new President. Change is coming. I repeat change is coming and nobody can stop it.”
“We are going to declare a jihad (Islamic holy war) against this government so that it could be removed from office come November 7 polls,” Abu Ramadan vowed.
He charged Ghanaians to remain vigilant and resist attempt by the governing National Democratic Congress (NDC) and Electoral Commission (EC) to rig the elections in favour of President John Dramani Mahama.
