Kudjo Fainoo elected new GHALCA boss

Ashanti Gold, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) has been elected as new Ghana League Clubs Association (GHALCA) chairman for the next four years after Thursday’s elections at the Accra Sports Stadium, Conference Room.

The experienced football administrator beats off competition from outgoing vice-chairman Isaac Koomson, Kofi Poku and Oduro Sarfo.

Fianoo pulled off a remarkable 63 votes out of the total votes cast on the day while his competitors had 13 votes each.

The former Black Stars welfare manager will now succeed Alhaji Raji.
