The Vice Chairman of the Peoples National convention (PNC) Mr. Henry Asante stated that President Mahama will relieve Acting NADMO Coordinator Brigadier Francis Sanziri of his post for saying the truth.
Brigadier Francis Sanziri, who appeared before the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) of Parliament on Wednesday said the organization will not be in the position to manage any form of disaster if any were to strike.
He told the committee that the organization has been struggling over the years due to lack of funds.
Ghana’s Disaster Management Organization also has over 40 million cedis debt hanging around its neck.
The debt has left the organization exposed with suppliers refusing to provide any form of relief.
Speaking on Oman FM’s National Agenda, Mr. Henry Asante said he wouldn’t be surprised that Brigadier Francis Sanziri will be sacked in less than two months.
He therefore counseled him to start making preparations for his exit of NADMO because President Mahama will sack him for saying the truth.
According to him, President Mahama will feel uncomfortable with what he said at the Public Accounts Committee arguing that Mahama administration doesn’t entertain those who paint the true picture of what is happening in government.
