NDC planning to get Minority Leader Arrested - Ken Agyapong

The governing National Democratic Congress(NDC) has allegedly hatched a diabolical agenda to use the security agencies in the country to intimidate key opposition members ahead of the November 7 polls.

Outspoken New Patriotic Party Member of Parliament for Assin Central in the Central Region Hon. Kennedy Agyapong who revealed this on Oman FM said, the NDC will first of all instigate the arrest of the Minority Leader Osei Kyei Mensah Bonsu in the next couple of days.

According to him, the NDC executives are upset that Hon. Kyei Mensah Bonsu and him team could be moving from house to house in Suame Constituency with the voters register to cross check whether those whose names are captured in the voters register are Ghanaians who are permanent residents in the constituency.

The ruling NDC recently launched what it called "Operation 1million votes" in the Ashanti Region, which is the stronghold of the opposition NPP.

This has raised suspicion with the opposition NPP vowing to adopt all legitimate means to stop the ruling NDC from perpetuating fraud to achieve their target.

Hon. Kennedy Agyapong disclosed further that he has in his possession a document outlining all the diabolical agenda of the NDC ahead of the November 7 elections.
