Tema Central MP builds ICT centre for Republic Road JHS

The Member of Parliament for the Tema Central Constituency Hon. Kofi Brako has set up a 40 seater capacity ultra modern Information Communication Technology (ICT) centre for the Republic Road JHS in Tema Community 4.

The ICT facility which is fully connected with the internet was built at the cost of Ghc 70,000.00 The Tema Central NPP Constituency Chairman Mr. Charles Boateng, who commissioned the facility on behalf of the MP, noted that education is one of the priority areas of the MP, adding that the MP realized the school lacked an ICT centre even though it is part of the school’s curriculum.

He said the MP decided to build the facility for the school to enable the students have access to internet to enhance their knowledge in ICT and was hopeful the facility will go a long way to improve education in the constituency.

He pledged the commitment of the MP in replicating same in other schools in the constituency.
