Nana Addo eulogises JB Danquah

The flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Nana Akufo Addo, has described as devastating the death of the Member of Parliament for Abuakwa North, Joseph Boakye Danquah-Adu.

Nana Addo said that the NPP has not only lost a stalwart but, he had personally lost a friend and a brother.

Joseph Boakye Danquah-Adu was stabbed to death on the dawn of Tuesday at his residence at Shiashi where he lived with his family.

Nana Akufo Addo eulogised J.B. Danquah in an interview with Citi News and stated that the late MP was deeply committed to the values of the NPP and was a great source of encouragement.

“I like people like that. He will give you the benefit of his views. He was deeply committed to our tradition and his values and his history,” he solemnly stated “For me he was a source of great encouragement, somebody I looked upon always…always walked on the sunny side of the street – that was J.B.”
