A former National Youth Organizer for the Convention People's Party (CPP) James Kobina Bomfeh believes President John Dramani Mahama must be shown the exit during this year's elections for supervising over incompetent and corrupt administration.
He described as sad that Ghana under the current administration was rather working in favour of foreigners instead of the citizenry.
He blamed the situation on the decisions and policy direction of John Mahama led NDC administration.
"Ghana today is not working for her citizens but rather foreigners in this country and few people who are connected to power," Kobina Bomfeh told Fiifi Boafo host of Oman FM' National Agenda.
According to James Kobina Bomfeh, there was the need for a change in administration if Ghanaians were to benefit from Ghana's vast natural resources.
"This country must begin to work for us as citizens," he envisaged.
A livid James Bomfeh was of the view that the Convention People's Party has the antidote to the challenges confronting the country.
He argued that the newly elected flagbearer of the party is the country's hope.
"The good news is that Ivor Greenstreet and CPP are what Ghana need at this time."
Using the Biblical David, a shepherd, who later became king to buttress his point, James Bomfeh said Mr. Greenstreet will spring surprises in this years’ election
“Do you remember David in the Bible, he quipped and explained that “It was said that he was weak. When he visited his brothers at the battle field they told him to go back home because they considered he was not capable to fight. But little did they know that David was the one who had been ordained to deliver Israel from their enemy.”
“I have tasted God and I believe God will use Greenstreet to deliver Ghana from her present predicament and distress.”
The CPP man said Ghana's present situation was not the best and charged Ghanaians to rise up for radical change in this year
