Asamoah Gyan Cleared Of Rape And Sodomy Charges As Attorney General Drops Case

Information according to OmanFm indicates that the Attorney General has dropped the rape and sodomy charges made by Sarah Kwablah against Black Stars captain, Asamoah Gyan.
According to the website, the information was put out by the lawyer for Asamoah Gyan, Kissi Adjabeng at a press conference Tuesday morning.
“Gyan cooperated with the Police throughout their investigation and their investigation has come to an end.
We were called to the headquarters of the CID and informed that after a careful study of the docket, the Attorney General has concluded the rape and unnatural canal knowledge made by Sarah Kwablah against Asamoah Gyan are totally baseless.
The docket must be closed, in plain language Asamoah Gyan has been cleared of all allegations by Kwablah,” Adjabeng told journalists in Accra.
As can be recalled, Asamoah Gyan was a couple of months ago accused by 22-year-old university student, Sarah Kwablah for allegedly raping and sodomizing her after the two had an affair in February this year.
Sarah had initially threatened to make public a sex tape of the two.
