A late model Range Rover is at stake for the Braimah “Bukom Banku” Kamoko (27-0, 20KO’s) and Michael Ayitey “Powers” (21-24-1, 17 KO’s) showdown.
The December 26 card, dubbed the “Repeat or Revenge,” will take place at the Kumasi Sports Stadium and the fighters have plenty to fight for. The official unveiling of the car occurred on Tuesday at the Accra Sports Stadium during a press conference, organized by sponsor Joy Dadi Bitters.

“I kept on saying that the first fight that I lost to Bukom Banku was a mistake on my part, this time it is going to be a different story,” said Ayitey during the presser. “I have done everything that I have to do to beat him and I’m going to do it by God’s grace. The car which is at stake belongs to me – I’m taking it home come 26th December.”
Ayitey also narrated last Saturday’s attack on him by Kamoko: “Last Saturday what Bukom Banku did to me was unimaginable, because I said I will finish him Kumasi, he has harbored some hatred in him.
“I was at Akoto Lante (a suburb in Accra) and I saw Kamoko coming with his errand boys holding cutlasses and knifes and they were heading towards the place I was sitting, so Kamoko approach me by shouting on me and before I realized I was on the floor after he slapped me left and right so that was what happened.”

He added: “I reported him to the police. They tried arresting him but I told them to leave everything to me because I will surely beat him on 26th December.”
