Ace Investigative Journalist Anas Aremeyaw has vowed to expose corrupt persons in the society even with a little breath despite public criticism of his mode of operations.
He said he will remain focused rather than allowing what he described as distraction to put him down. “I am saying that am much focused, he said, adding “no amount of those machinations will take me down.”
“I think Ghanaians will judge me much better when the final whistle blows on this. All other things I call them distraction…I call them healthy distractions,” he pointed out.
Anas Aremeyaw Anas and his Tiger Eye PI are currently facing a couple of legal actions by some of the twelve high courts judges implicated in their latest corruption expose.
Lawyers for the embattled High Court Judges have criticized Anas and his team for their modus operandi. Speaking journalist on the numerous legal suits against him and his team, Anas Aremeyaw Anas said they are not perturbed at all.
Asked whether he anticipated the level of the legal engagement Anas Aremeyaw responded in the affirmative.
“I knew it was going to be a slippery ground because am not only talking to judges, but am also talking about people who are even in law where I am a senior to me. So I was expecting that it will come flying left….right and centre….. But all is aimed at one thing …. Derailing the process,” he said
He stated that he was no going to stop his journalism practice because “I have a commitment with the people of Ghana and that commitment didn’t start today.”
