Early detection of Breast Cancer advised

The prez of Breast Case internationl, Dr. Beatrice wiafe Addai, has advised that awareness must be created early for the early detection of breast cancer which has now increased to about 3,00 cases a year. Dr. wiafe said the recent survey indicates that young ladies, as early as 21 to 28 years do suffer from this killer disease and something must e done about it. She therefore called for a general effort by all stakeholders, especially women groups, to rally behind breast care international to be able to help th young women who happen to fall prey to the disease.

Dr. wiafe spoke to the press.
